Loyalty Program is a series of steps for our active platform streamers. These steps are like achievable goals that come with many benefits and extra earnings.
There are six levels, starting from LVL0 to LVL5. Each level has specific goals to reach before moving to the next one. As you go up the levels, you unlock new features.
Requirement of all levels
You can see these numbers on the Dashboard. All streamers begin at LVL0 and can go up one level every 14 days. You can't jump from LVL0 straight to LVL5 or go from level 5 back to 0 all at once.
To move to the next level, you need to meet all the requirements at once and wait for the next level-up cycle, which happens every 14 days.

CTR: How often people click on links in chat or scan QR code on average in the last 14 days. Click-Through Rate (CTR) for all campaigns is calculated using the formula (Number of Clicks / Number of Impressions)×100.
Impressions: The total number of delivered impressions were shown in the last 14 days.
Referrals: The number of people who signed up and complete onboarding.
Days on platform: How many days you've been on the platform since signing up.
Discord: Joined the Uplify community channel on Discord.
Extension: Installed an extension, applicable only for Twitch.

CPM: Get more money for each campaign as you level up. For instance, +30% at LVL 3.
Limits: Higher daily limits for each campaign as you level up.

Priority support: Dedicated private channel in Discord if you're a Streamer at LVL 3 or higher.
FAQs
If I haven't met the CTR and Impressions requirement in the last 14 days or more, will I be downgraded?
Yes, you will be downgraded, and the perks you got from leveling up will be taken away. But don't worry, it won't drop from LVL 5 to LVL 0 all at once, just by 1 level every 14 days.
Why does my data seem off?
The data is updated uniformly for all streamers once a day, based on the UTC+0 time zone, for consistency.
