For the Uplify service to operate properly we need your permission to access your channel stats and send chat messages.

  • We respect your privacy and treat your data with the utmost sensitivity
    Write us at team@uplify.app if you want to delete your account and data

  • You can revoke access to the Uplify app in the dashboard of the platform you use for broadcasts

Below we describe what data we request depending on the platform.

Twitch

The page where you can manage authorized apps to use your Twitch account.

  • Send live Stream Chat and Rooms messages

    This one allows us to send chat messages with a link to the sponsor’s website.

  • Obtain your email address
    Your email is requested by Uplify to confirm your registration and send important notifications.

  • View your channel’s moderation data including Moderators, Bans, Timeouts and Automod settings
    Necessary for the chatbot to work properly and avoid conflicts with other chatbots in your channel.

  • View your channel’s broadcast configuration
    Read-only access. Allows Uplify to optimize the delivery of sponsored campaigns to you.

  • View live Stream Chat and Rooms messages
    Allows us to read channel chat messages and conduct interactive polls.

YouTube

The page where you can manage authorized apps to use your YouTube account.

  • Manage your YouTube account
    Allows us to get the number of active viewers on the live stream, to read and send chat messages with a link to the sponsor’s website.

Trovo

The page where you can manage authorized apps to use your Trovo account.

  • View your email address and other user profiles
    Your email is requested by Uplify to confirm your registration and send important notifications.

  • View your channel details
    Read-only access. Allows Uplify to optimize the delivery of sponsored campaigns to you.

  • Send chats to my channel
    This one allows us to send chat messages with a link to the sponsor’s website.
