What is the payout period? When will I receive my payouts?
Our standard payout period is Net-5. At the end of each calendar month, there is a check to see if your account balance since your last payout is $50 / €50 or more.
If it is, payment would be scheduled for 5 days after the end of that month for the current account balance. For example, revenue earned during September that exceeds the minimum threshold of $50 would begin processing around October 5th.
Payout processing time can vary but typically takes around 3 – 5 business days. Weekends and public holidays can increase the amount of time that it takes for you to receive your payout. If you're unsure if a payout is processing around the 5th of the month, please look at the Wallet section. This page will show you all previous payouts made and any submitted and processing payouts.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum amount of earnings required to be eligible for Net-5 payout?
You will be eligible for payout once your accrued revenue balance reaches $50 / €50. If you do not make over $50 in a given calendar month, we will roll over the balance to the next month until this minimum threshold is met.
For example, if you make $20 in June and $90 in Jule, your June balance would be rolled over into Jule and you would receive a payout for both months in mid-August.
